At seven Aurora’s mother dies but gifts her with fairy magic on her last breath. Aurora is the daughter of Sleeping Beauty. I loved this take on the fairy tale Sleeping Beauty. There are three main characters, told from each view point in first person. My Review: I received a copy for an honest review, but I’m going to buy my own copy for my library.

Let’s take a look at the book. There are no dragons, but what a wonderful book full of adventure and romance.

I was very excited to read this book because it sounded like Game of Thrones meets Grim Fairy Tales. Princess of Thorns was a fast read that I couldn’t put down.
